Administrative Records Clerk (Temporary)

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing digital records in compliance with County policies and regulatory requirements. This role involves data entry, document scanning, indexing, and storing of electronic public records.

Please Note: 

This is a temporary position, not to exceed 1040 hours in a fiscal year. 

  • Work schedule is approximately 20 hours per week with flexible hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The following minimum qualifications are required for this position:  

  • High school diploma or GED; AND
  • 2 years professional work experience providing general office or clerical support

An equivalent combination of closely related education and experience may be accepted. Please note candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent.
