Overview
The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring effective repair, installation, and coordination of facility systems across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance staff, assign workload, and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Implement policies to improve operational efficiency and minimize costs.
Provide training and orientation to staff on safety protocols and company policies.
Maintain records and documentation related to work performed and staff evaluations.
Conduct quality control inspections to assess maintenance effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of facility management or related experience.
General knowledge of maintenance trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and/or general building maintenance)
Experience with CMMSS and computer proficiency preferred
Certifications may be required.
