CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. 

Overview 

The Locksmith will be responsible for maintaining locks, electronic access systems, and related hardware. Performs preventative and corrective maintenance, responds to emergencies, and ensures compliance with safety standards. 

Responsibilities 

Repair and maintain new and existing locks, locking controls and doors as directed. 

Install and service pneumatic locking systems, door positioning sensors, electric door, and manual and electronic panic devices openers. 

Establish controlled access key systems. 

Respond promptly to lock-related emergencies. 

Stay updated on locksmith technologies. 

Qualifications 

4-6 years of locksmith experience. 

Ability to read electrical schematics. 

Experience with CMMS and computer proficiency 

Relevant licenses/certifications. 

Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills.
