
Client Services Assistant
The Plan Advocate is an established financial services firm offering an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to launch their career in financial planning. We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to join our dynamic team and grow with our company. Our mission is to provide comprehensive financial planning services, helping our clients achieve their financial goals through personalized strategies and exceptional service.
This position will handle a wide variety of administrative tasks and requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently multitask. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaborate with a team and enjoy providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities
- Workflows and processes: execute existing processes as well as implement new ones
- Client Service: prepare, process and track account applications. Handle client calls, scheduling and assist with meeting prep. Greet clients for in-person meetings and at events.
- Projects: take on, collaborate and execute on various business projects
- Assist with marketing and prospecting
- Database management: CRM maintenance, generate reports and accurately input data into specified software
- Draft communication letters, emails and media
- Anticipate Advisor's needs and handle them proactively
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree (preferably in finance, business, or related field)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong understanding of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or internships related to finance, business, or customer service
- Familiarity with financial planning and investment software (e.g., eMoney, Morningstar)
- Knowledge of CRM systems

Position Details
- Full time, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- In-person at least 3 days a week
- Salary range $40,000 to $55,000 with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits package
- 2 Weeks paid vacation plus stock market holidays
Learning and Development
