Position Title: Collision Technician/ Auto Body Technician

Department: Operations

Reports to: General Manager 

Position Summary:

The Collision Technician repairs vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with  Kaizen Collision Centers S.O.P. insurance partner and industry guidelines/standards.

This is a flag rate-paid position.        

Responsibilities:

•Examines damaged vehicles and efficiently plans repair process.

•Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.

•Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.

•Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.

•Makes decisions on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.

•Attend/collaborate with the team during daily production meetings.

Requirements:

•Ability to use frame machine.

•Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.

Job Type: Full-time

Yearly Salary: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 Commission/year

The posted salary is an approximation and subject to change depending on experience.
