Director Of Worship Arts/Campus Coordinator

Grace Church is seeking a full-time Director of Worship Arts & Campus Coordinator to help launch and support the New Philadelphia location. This role provides leadership for worship arts while also coordinating administrative and ministry functions for the location.

The Director of Worship Arts leads musical and technical teams in creating engaging worship experiences and developing volunteers. The Campus Coordinator works alongside the Location Pastor and central staff to organize ministry activities, coordinate events, manage volunteer communication, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position plays an important role in building healthy teams, supporting ministry leaders, and helping Grace Church fulfill its mission of making disciples, building healthy families, and sending people out on mission.
