Position Overview

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Alliance Therapy, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality ABA services that center on the needs and progress of each child. You'll guide a team of RBTs, develop individualized treatment plans, and partner with families to promote lasting success beyond the clinic.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and support for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce skills at home
