Business Development Specialist

For College Students Who Want Real Sales Experience

Not afraid to cold call? Competitive? Want to build real business skills before you graduate?

We’re hiring driven college students or recent grads who want hands-on sales experience — not busy work.

This is a high-activity, fast-paced business development role focused on generating new clients and building a professional sales skillset.

 

What You’ll Do:

Make 250+ sales calls per week (phone + in person)

Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers

Set 10+ face-to-face appointments weekly

Generate 10+ job orders for our recruiting team

Help secure 2–3 new client wins per week (team goal)

Use LinkedIn and CRM tools to build and manage a pipeline
