Marketing Intern
We are looking for a creative, organized Marketing Intern to support our Sales & Marketing Director and growing marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in the wedding, events, or design industry who wants real experience in brand storytelling, social media strategy, and creative marketing execution.
This is not a “coffee run” internship — you will actively help shape content, support campaigns, and learn how marketing drives revenue in a luxury service business.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Assist in planning Instagram content including reels, carousels, and product spotlights
Help draft captions aligned with Luxe Linen’s elevated, warm brand voice
Organize vendor credits and hashtags for posts
Support content calendar planning across regions (SoCal, Texas, Southeast, NYC)
Creative Marketing Support
Help organize lookbooks, styled shoot assets, and marketing folders
Assist with mood boards and visual inspiration for new collections
Support outreach to planners, venues, and vendors for collaborations
Sales & Marketing Coordination
Help maintain marketing lists and light CRM updates (Freshworks)
Assist with lead generation research and vendor outreach lists
Support email marketing drafts, invitations, and event announcements
Event & Brand Support
Assist with marketing materials for showroom events, drop-ins, and industry gatherings
Help track vendor credits and brand partnerships
