Compensation & Benefits
$35.00–$40.00 per hour DOE

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview
The Licensed Counselor is an embedded member of the primary care team providing integrated behavioral health support. This role focuses on brief interventions, same-day support when needed, and coordinated care with medical providers, while maintaining a balanced and sustainable workload.
Services include assessment, short-term interventions, care coordination, and culturally responsive behavioral health support. Clinicians are part of a collaborative team that values communication, flexibility, and shared responsibility for patient care.
Both licensed clinicians and those actively working toward LCSW or LCPC licensure are strongly encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision and professional growth opportunities are available.
Education & Licensure
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- LCSW or LCPC preferred
- LCSW or LCPC licensure candidates strongly encouraged to apply
- Must be eligible for Montana licensure
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
