This is a 1099 contract role, which means flexibility. Work 15-30 hours per week on your schedule. Whether you're a recent grad with construction experience, someone in a construction-related program, or just curious about tech and construction, this is the kind of ground-floor opportunity that looks great on a resume and teaches you real business skills.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Work directly with general contractors and construction teams on real job sites
• Show them how our AI platform works and help them get comfortable using it
• Observe how construction professionals work and share insights with our team
• Be the bridge between customers and our product development team
• Help shape how a startup brings new technology to an industry that needs it

What We're Looking For:

• Construction industry background or education (could be a construction management program, internship experience, field work, or family business background)
• Comfortable learning new software and apps
• Own vehicle for field travel in Southwest Florida
• Self-starter mentality — you work independently and take initiative
• Great communication skills
• Genuine curiosity about how technology can solve real-world problems
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge plus

About the Role:

This is NOT a desk job. You'll be on active construction sites, helping real contractors solve problems with our technology. You'll get to see how business actually works, how products get refined based on customer feedback, and how a startup grows. It's hands-on, it's flexible, and it's a genuine learning opportunity.

• 1099 contract (independent contractor status)
• 15-30 hours per week, flexible schedule
• $35-50/hour depending on experience
• Field-based role across Southwest Florida
