As a Caregiver, you will support clients with daily living activities while providing emotional reassurance, structure, and companionship in a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Temporary non-medical care and supervision provided in client's home.
  • Attend to client basic self help needs
  • Meal preparation and feeding assistance
  • Companionship and meaningful engagement
  • Supporting routines for individuals with cognitive, intellectual, or developmental disabilities
  • Maintaining a calm, patient, and supportive presence

Mandatory Requirements

  • First aid & CPR certification
  • Negative TB test
  • Live Scan Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

  • No experience? No problem — we provide training!
  • Comfortable working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a caregiving role
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
