DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
Monday–Friday Only - No Nights or Weekends
Dreams of America – Irvine, CA

Dreams of America is a community-based day program in Irvine dedicated to helping adults with developmental disabilities build life skills, independence, and meaningful connections. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support adults with developmental disabilities in small 1:4 groups
  • Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Transport participants using a company car (when assigned) and/or your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement
  • Assist with fitness, recreation, and volunteer activities
  • Promote independence, engagement, and confidence
  • Document daily progress and goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background check
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull approximately 25–30 lbs
  • Patience, reliability, and professionalism
